Do I need a financial background to use APEX?+
No. APEX is designed to make institutional-level analysis accessible to any investor. The Signal Academy explains every indicator in plain language.
How do I run my first analysis?+
Sign in with Google, type a ticker symbol into the dashboard search bar, and hit Analyze. Results stream back across all signal layers within seconds.

What is included in the free plan?+
3 full AI analyses per month, access to all 8 signal layers per analysis, Signal Academy, and the full dashboard. No credit card required.
What does Pro add?+
Pro ($19/month) unlocks unlimited analyses, persistent watchlist sync across devices, and analysis history.
What does Elite add over Pro?+
Elite ($49/month) adds dark pool tracking and politician trade alerts for serious traders who want every edge.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

SIGNALS & ACCURACY
How accurate are the signals?+
APEX signals are analytical outputs based on technical and fundamental data, not predictions. The platform is designed to surface information, not replace your judgment.
What data sources does APEX use?+
Real-time and historical market data is sourced from Finnhub and Yahoo Finance. The AI layer is powered by Claude (Anthropic).
How often is the market data updated?+
Prices in the ticker tape update in real time during market hours. Each analysis pulls live data at the moment you run it.
Does APEX work for crypto, ETFs, and international stocks?+
APEX supports US-listed equities, major ETFs (SPY, QQQ, etc.), and select crypto pairs. International coverage is expanding.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Authentication is handled by Supabase. We do not sell or share your data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
Is APEX Intelligence financial advice?+
